Commission Members
St. Joseph River Basin Commission membership is specified in Indiana Code (IC-14-30-3-8) and includes the Director of the Indiana DNR and at least five representatives from the following counties: Elkhart, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, St. Joseph and Steuben. The 2025 Appointees and Representatives include the following officers:

Quarterly Meetings
The St. Joseph River Basin Commission meets quarterly to discuss administration and water resource management issues within the region. Meetings sometimes include a guest presentation on a watershed related topic in addition to normal business. All meetings are open to the public with agendas posted below a week before the meeting.
